It’s another stunning day in the Mother City, so after collecting the delectable picnic we ordered, we decide to board the RED bus that’s also GREEN and opt for the spectacular BLUE route tour that includes a Wine Tour stop in Constantia Valley. Join me as i sit back, relax and enjoy the amazing sights of Cape Town.
This week, I had the pleasure of a day off; and decided to indulge in a City Sightseeing Day Tour. Even though i work in tourism and live in Cape Town, I was really excited to experience an activity that everyone loves, and even more keen to do the new Wine Tour. Yes. Wine. I have driven to Hout Bay many times and have never noticed this little gem nestled in Constantia Wine Valley. And this is the beauty of being on the bus – you see so much more! Come and explore Eagles’ Nest with me.
The amazing camaraderie among complete strangers on the way to the next stop (Eagles’ Nest, a recently opened wine farm in the Constantia Wine Valley) showed me even more why i really enjoy doing tours on the City Sightseeing bus.
After being out in the hot sun all day, we decided to do a cellar and wine tasting tour, and wow let me tell you what a good decision that was. We even walked away with a free Groot Constantia wine glass.
