Having lived in Cape Town and now living on its doorstep for many years, my husband and I realised that we had become complacent and had never taken the kids to see the sites that this amazing City, and indeed the entire Peninsula, have to offer. Join us as we enjoy a fun filled family day out.

Recently I invited a friend to accompany me on a City Sightseeing Canal Cruise. She had recently moved house and was in need of a change of scenery, so this trip was ideal. Join Corinna and her friend as they take a relaxing boat cruise on the beautiful canals of Cape Town.

One sunny Saturday we eagerly boarded Cape Town’s ever reliable City Sightseeing bus and were whisked away on the popular red route tour. Follow Kim as she boards the bus with her sights on the remarkable Table Mountain.

I have done the Red City Tour before, in 2009 when I had visitors from overseas, so when the opportunity arose for me to go alone I thought I would do something different.
