This week, I had the pleasure of a day off; and decided to indulge in a City Sightseeing Day Tour. Even though i work in tourism and live in Cape Town, I was really excited to experience an activity that everyone loves, and even more keen to do the new Wine Tour. Yes. Wine. 2010 had many highlights: The Soccer World Cup, Cape Town Carnival and the much celebrated Earthdance – to name just a view. We decided to celebrate these successes by spending time as a family at Kirstenbosch’s celebrated Carols by Candlelight. Share this truly Capetonian experience with us.

Yet another great trip on a City Sightseeing Cape Town bus, this time on the Blue Mini Peninsula Tour. I simply cannot compare the two bus tours, as the variety of sights and information is so different on each. My friend, Simone, joined me for the day, and being as photo crazy as I am, it turned out to be a day of laughs and silliness as we enjoyed the view. It was nice to find the same, very helpful tour usher on the bus again.
