This week, I had the pleasure of a day off; and decided to indulge in a City Sightseeing Day Tour. The amazing camaraderie among complete strangers on the way to the next stop (Eagles’ Nest, a recently opened wine farm in the Constantia Wine Valley) showed me even more why i really enjoy doing tours on the City Sightseeing bus.

Not only did the City Sightseeing blue bus tour allow me to see the wonderful views of Constantia valley, but also to experience the rich history that this area has. Join me as I explore the Groot Constantia manor house.

There’s so much to do, like tour the historical manor house, do a wine tasting, have a picnic or eat lunch in the restaurant, do the unique vineyard walk or relax on the lawn in the shade of the trees, that you may want to make a day of it!
