Cape Town never ceases to amaze me. Every time I do something, I feel like a tourist in my own city. It’s a city with such beauty, culture and new opportunities, all of which I experienced when I took the tour of the Bo-Kaap with Cyril Johnson.

“Back on the bus and on my way to the picturesque fishing village of Hout Bay (it is slightly bigger than a village but definitely has a village ‘feel’ to it) my stomach is starting to grumble and given the fishing village feel I think it is only fair that I hop off and indulge in some of the local produce – drenched in vinegar with just the right amount of salt of course!” Read all about Ross Clarke’s marathon trip around Cape Town on the open-top City Sightseeing bus and discover why the 2-Day Ticket is the best value for money.

“Hop-off at stop no. 8 – the Jewish Museum (which includes The Holocaust Centre) – I have never been here before so I popped in and took a look. The overall complex is very well laid out and maintained, and provides quite a few different amenities. A very nice open plan café catches my eye but I manage to resist the temptation!” Discover why the 2-Day Ticket is the best value for money.
